Terms and Conditions
By booking an appointment with ZEHNAGAH, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Timely Cancellation: Appointments canceled by the client with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full service credit toward a future booking.

Late Cancellation: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the full deposit paid at the time of booking.
2. Punctuality and Session Time

Client Punctuality: Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Due to scheduling constraints, the session cannot be extended because of a client’s delay, and the full session fee will apply.

Therapist Punctuality: If a ZEHNAGAH therapist delays the start of the session, the client is entitled to request that the session time be extended to ensure the full duration is received.
3. No-Show Policy
- Failure to Attend: If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without giving any prior notification (“No-Show”), the client will be charged 100% of the service fee. A new booking will require a new full payment.
4. ZEHNAGAH Cancellation
Business Cancellation: In the rare event that ZEHNAGAH must cancel an appointment, the client will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at the client’s convenience.
5. Virtual Appointments and Exceptional Circumstances
- Virtual Appointment Responsibility: For virtual appointments (e.g., via Google Meet), it is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection, suitable device, and necessary software/hardware. Technical issues on the client’s end are treated as a standard No-Show.
- Exceptional Circumstances (Iran): Both the client and ZEHNAGAH acknowledge the potential for unique situations, particularly concerning internet access or unforeseen events in Iran. In such cases, both parties agree to communicate openly and make a fair, mutual decision regarding rescheduling, credit, or refund on a case-by-case basis.
