What is the mission of ZEHNAGAH?
ZEHNAGAH provides culturally attuned mental health support for the immigrant diaspora. Our mission is to make high-quality therapy accessible, affordable, and stigma-free by connecting you with licensed specialists who understand your language and cultural journey.
How much does a session cost?
We believe in transparent pricing. Our Matching Service is complimentary, secured by a refundable $10 deposit. Standard sessions are priced at $39 USD. Sessions with select registered specialists abroad are $79 USD. Maximize savings by purchasing session packages: 6% off for 3 sessions, or 12% off for 6 sessions during booking.
Can I get a receipt for insurance reimbursement?
Yes. Please contact our customer support team to request a professional Superbill (detailed receipt). This is a common and successful option for many of our clients. Note: Please confirm with your individual insurance plan that they cover online counseling and therapy services.
How do I pay for my sessions?
We offer flexible payment options to clients worldwide. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can easily pay with any major credit card from anywhere in the world. We also accept PayPal, Wise, E-transfer and Iranian rial payments. Just contact us.
How do I select the right specialist for me?
You can start with our Free Matching Service to receive a curated list of specialists based on your needs. Alternatively, you can easily browse and select a specialist directly from our menu and directory.
Are the online sessions secure and private?
Yes. All sessions are held via a secure, private video platform that complies with strict privacy standards. This ensures your confidentiality throughout your entire therapeutic process.
What if I have a question during my care journey?
You can contact our support team anytime via email or the contact form on our website. Our dedicated support team monitors requests closely and aims to connect with you to resolve any issues or questions within 24 hours.
How do your cancellation and punctuality policies work?
You may cancel or reschedule any session up to 48 hours before the appointment time for a full credit. Late cancellations or missed sessions forfeit the full session fee. Full details are outlined in the footer.
What data does ZEHNAGAH collect, and how do you secure it?
We only collect the basic details (name, email, booking time) strictly to manage your service. Your payment information is secured by third-party processors. We maintain full control and technical security over your data on our platform. Review the full Privacy Policy in the footer.
