We are committed to your therapeutic journey and respect the dedicated time of our licensed professionals. When a session is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Therefore, we maintain a clear policy to ensure fairness and consistency for all clients.
The 48-Hour Guarantee Window
You may cancel or reschedule any session without penalty up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

For Package Clients: The session credit used for the booking will be automatically returned to your package balance and made immediately available for rebooking.

For Individual Session Clients: Your original payment will be left as a credit on your account.

Late Cancellation or No-Show Policy
Any session canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, or any session missed without prior notification (No-Show), is considered a late cancellation.
Financial Forfeiture: To honor the time reserved by your therapist, the full session fee will be charged:

- For Package Clients: One session credit will be deducted and forfeited from your purchased package (3-session or 6-session).
- For Individual Session Clients: The full session fee will be charged and is non-refundable.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
- Please use the cancellation/reschedule link provided in your original booking confirmation email or log into the Client Portal on our website.
- Note: The system will automatically prevent you from canceling or rescheduling online once you are within the 48-hour window, enforcing this policy.
Emergency Situations
We recognize that genuine emergencies do occur. If an emergency prevents you from giving 48 hours’ notice, please contact us directly. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis.
